One of the things I've been wondering is what everyone thinks the optimal training regimen to limit OD is...
I had been doing: ED, SW, SW, ED, SW, SW then train but lately have been running into a higher OD rate (or so it seems, this may be random).
I decided to mix it up a bit: ED, SW, SW, SW, RB, SW, SW then train and it seems (based on limited experience so far) that this results in a lower OD rate - I am consistently getting 7 or so training sessions before an OD.
What do you guys think???
