Optimal training regimen

One of the things I've been wondering is what everyone thinks the optimal training regimen to limit OD is...

I had been doing: ED, SW, SW, ED, SW, SW then train but lately have been running into a higher OD rate (or so it seems, this may be random).

I decided to mix it up a bit: ED, SW, SW, SW, RB, SW, SW then train and it seems (based on limited experience so far) that this results in a lower OD rate - I am consistently getting 7 or so training sessions before an OD.

What do you guys think???

I only use 1 ED and 3 SW each train it gives me 125 NRG and a average turnout of 320 per train. When I fill my NRG with 2 ED and 4 SW I am lucky to get a 622 train usally avg 540. So by using just 1:3 ratio for me is beneficial.

EDIT: Plus this saves on items

On a fresh training session I begin with redbulls. 1 RB + 3 SW eight times. I then switch to eds/sw and are able to get 10 to 15 sessions.
Thats the first round...

The next round after I buy out of infirm is half the redbull training and still able to get 10 to 15 ed training sessions. It then continues from there. I often max out of OD and usually get 15-20 minutes infirm time using this. Weird though every once in a great while I get 59 seconds or 2 min.

Just remember its best to keep 100% stam unless your stam is 96 - 99% then dont bother using an SW to boost it up.
